Description:

Description:
The Grant Map is an online information service that collects data on projects co-financed by European Funds in Poland. The portal provides information on investments implemented under various EU financial perspectives, from 2004-2006 to 2021-2027, and allows users to search for specific projects or lists of projects in specific economic sectors. Users can search for projects using the search engine and share materials and inspiration on the use of EU funds.

Use:
Vocational education and training institutions can use the Grant Map to search for current calls for proposals, obtain funding information, analyze projects funded by the European Union, and obtain data on their results and impact. This portal serves as a knowledge base for EU funds, helping schools and training companies identify funding opportunities for investments in human resources development, modern equipment, infrastructure, and innovative educational programs.

Integrated Qualifications Register

Description:
The Integrated Qualifications Register (IQR) is a public register that collects information on all qualifications included in the Integrated Qualifications System (IQS), independently of other existing registers and lists in Poland created for specific ministries, industries, communities, and institutions.

Labor Market Barometer

Description:
The Labor Market Barometer is a monthly survey conducted as part of the European Network of Public Employment Services (EPSO) that assesses the prospects for unemployment (component A) and employment (component B) in the labor market. The survey is conducted by the Voivodeship Labor Offices in Poland, in cooperation with social partners.

Use:
By providing information on the projected demand for workers in a given region, in the coming year, the Labor Market Barometer will help vocational education and training institutions: -Tailor their educational offerings to current and future labor market needs. -Planning and developing curricula for shortage professions to educate specialists where they are most needed. -Anticipating and responding to changes in the labor market, for example, by introducing new fields of study. Description:
The Occupational Barometer is a qualitative study, conducted separately for each county in Poland. It is based on the opinions of experts who meet at the turn of the third and fourth quarters to jointly analyze the situation in individual professions.

It allows them to identify shortage and surplus professions, enabling effective curriculum planning, targeted recruitment, and career counseling. This allows them to optimize resource utilization and increase graduates' employability. Curriculum Planning: The Occupational Barometer identifies areas where there is a shortage of skilled workers, enabling them to create new or modify existing programs to meet current and future labor market needs. For example, if the Barometer indicates a shortage of IT specialists, the institution can launch a new program related to programming or cybersecurity. Career Counseling: Educational institutions can use the Occupational Barometer to provide reliable information to young people and adults planning their career choices. It allows career counselors to identify promising professions and help them make informed educational and career decisions. Recruitment: The Barometer helps plan recruitment activities by providing information on which professions are most in demand from employers. Institutions can adapt their recruitment strategies to attract candidates to the most sought-after programs.
